Habitat for Humanity

This organization's purpose is to assist needy families in building and buying a home. To be eligible for a Habitat for Humanity home the clients must live in Powhatan. They need to earn between $18,000 and $44,000 per family, depending on the size of the family. They must have reasonable (not perfect) credit.
